We at Atrium Architectural & Engineering Consultancy were founded in 2013 under the economy department of Dubai. Delivering first-class design services for both architectural and engineering needs, we have quickly become a reputable company that is well-respected within the industry. Over the years, we’ve grown to have an international reach so that we can deliver better services for specialised projects. Different Viewpoint

Atrium is managed by experienced architect Mamoun Balaawi, who has been working in the industry for more than 25 years. In that time, he’s taken on the role of project architect and general manager, fulfilling both to the best of his ability. His in-depth knowledge of architectural design and project management gives us an edge when it comes to fulfilling the needs of clients.

As well as our management team, the rest of our staff all have a significant amount of experience with regards to architectural and engineering design services. We only hire industry professionals who can bring new and innovative ideas and work methods to our clients. You can always rely on the expertise of our staff, who are always available to advise clients at length on the most suitable designs for their projects.

It is our goal to cover all aspects of your project through our consultancy services, from concept and design to site supervision.
